Reviews and Ratings
I had a relaxing stay at the hotel with a partial ocean view from my room, but the proximity to the elevator was a bit inconvenient. The pictures may be misleading, so keep that in mind.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very basic but facing the ocean, with a unique universal remote control wired to the bedside table. The service was very unfriendly, especially with the night staff who only spoke Portuguese. The location was great with lovely views across to Barra Beach, but some aspects didn't meet premium standards. The dining was good but could have been better, offering a variety of local food. Overall, there were some positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel is located in a safe, touristic area with a nice view of the boulevard and sunsets. The rooms, although slightly dated, are reasonably clean and comfortable. The standout feature is the excellent service from Fabiana at the desk and Gabriel at the door. The dining options offer a variety of fresh-made Mediterranean dishes but have limited serving times for towels. The location is convenient for exploring the downtown area and enjoying the beach, but caution is advised at night due to some violence in the area.
The hotel is situated in a nice location along the boulevard, close to the Barra beaches and the famous Farol da Barra, offering a good view. The rooms, although a bit dated and musty, provide a partial beach view but lack in furnishing quality. The service can be hit or miss, with standout individuals like Fabiana and Gabriel, although they only speak Portuguese. The dining options are decent but could use more variety in fruits and bread. Overall, it's a decent choice for the area and price paid.
The hotel had noisy, old rooms overlooking a hospital, but the service was friendly and accommodating. The location offers a nice view but lacks premium suite standards. The dining options are average, and the facilities are decent.
